We charge a flat rate for the following shipping:

  • Delivery across North Island $12
  • Delivery across South Island $24

Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy applies to spoiled goods only. If you feel you have received a product that is spoiled or not up to standard, please get in touch with us. Please ensure you keep the product as we may ask for the batch number, any photo evidence, or the return of the product for further investigation if needed.


If you are unhappy about any aspect of your wine delivery, or would like to return a part of your order please contact us. We will need to know your order details and your return requirement. Return claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If we accept your claim, please make sure the product you will be returning is unopened and in re-saleable format. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may only return product which equates to 15% of the value of your order. All other return claims will be accepted at our discretion.


After we accept your order, you may not cancel it without our consent. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will not consent to a cancellation if we have already processed with your order. If we do consent to cancelling your order, we may require you to pay a minimum handling charge of $5.00 exclusive of GST per case, or a maximum of 15% of the total value of your order.
